Long Cadillac responded

As we discussed, we had a minor incident with your vehicle during the recent storm in which we accidently ran over the edge of the ramp of a car carrier resulting in slicing the sidewall of one tire. We told you that we would obviously replace this tire, as we should, and we were met with a rude, condescending and unwarranted attitude to three different employees (on three different occasions), demanding that we replace all 4 tires. Our relatively minor mistake doesn't yield an opportunity to take advantage of a business for thousands of dollars in repairs and to mistreat our employees. We were upfront from the start and reiterated that there were other repair options including using a like brand, quality tire from a company owned vehicle. The final resolution of providing two tires was extremely generous in this situation especially considering how our staff was treated.

You a lying. I was not rude to anyone but you. When I spoke to the service manager I was not rude. I simply ask how did you hit a car carrier in a very large parking lot. He even was not sure how this happened. When I requested four new tire it was you that suggested that you did me a favor by even telling me you hit the car carrier. In fact you stated you could have just replaced my tire with a used tire and not said anything. So the only rude person to that point was you. But you are correct once you suggested that this was even an option, I did tell you, with you saying this maybe Long is not the dealer I want to deal with. You are the one that hung up, in addition when my wife's handicap plaque went missing you just simply reply that it was not your issue. When the plaque has been in that SUV since the day I purchased it. From this point forward I will purchase my new Cadillacs at a Colonial Cadillac and I will have my service completed at any GM dealer but yours. You are the rudest person that I ever met. Your Service Manger is a nice person you should take some lessens
