I contacted the dealership based off an internet search for a used suv. I was impressed with thier professionalisim and willingness to work through the specific questions I had about the truck. Even though I was doing the sale from 500 miles away I felt comfortable with the result I would get and the follow up service I would receive if something did happen. When the truck was delivered it came in the exact condition that was explained. There was one very minor issue that came up later but that was quickley addressed by Monte with no "red tape" and with great after sale care. It is hard to find a dealership that you can trust to give you the same quality of service after the sale, but Monte stood behind the product and I will go back to the same folks for my next truck purchase. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Long McArthur. Two within 6 months of each other. The sales experience was very good. The service department was horrible. The Explorer required service that was not within 6 months of each other. The sales experience was very good. The service department was horrible. The Explorer required service that was not done properly and had to be re done. The Ranger had a defective transmission and they could not seem to get it repaired, and suspension was leaning to the left one whole inch and the dealer would not repair it, said it was within specs from Ford. I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone. Shame on you Ford for allowing these people to stay in business. I still have the Explorer and have it serviced at another dealership that wants to keep me happy. The ranger is gone, traded for another new ranger at my current dealership in Hutchinson,KS. More

We were searching for a used car. We went to this dealer, and looked many different times with no one ever coming out to help us. We finally decided we were interested in a couple of cars and went i dealer, and looked many different times with no one ever coming out to help us. We finally decided we were interested in a couple of cars and went inside to talk to someone. We met someone at the door; at the time he did say his first name. I can't remember. He had us sit at a table and said he would be right over to help us. We sat there for 20 to 30 minutes. We finally decided it was not worth doing business with this company since no one ever came to talk to us to see if we had been helped. More
