I was visiting family in Salina when the back hatch of my Lincoln would not open. I went to Long McArthur Ford at 2pm and they had my car fixed in under an hour. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable!! I Lincoln would not open. I went to Long McArthur Ford at 2pm and they had my car fixed in under an hour. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable!! It was very stressful to be 8 hours away from home and have your vehicle malfunction, but they made the repair quick and treated us with respect. I definitely would recommend Long McArthur for all your vehicle needs. More

I found a vehicle on a Saturday and drove 3 hours from Oklahoma to make a deal. From the first text message they responded quickly and made it worth my time to make the drive.
