I want brake service, consultant say still have 60% , don’t need to service, ask me to do the fuel injection service and make me using my reward point. So I don’t have any rewards point for the brake service and I have to pay at least $299 next time. They promised to do the brake service before but they call me after 3 hrs make me change it. They just want me to pay more for my service totally, When I come to pickup my car , they said no paper work ready to pickup in the morning next day. But the consultant have a promise me I can pickup my car at that time. And the consultant also have day off on that day. I am so upset! More

I told him that I was not interested in any ad-on or optional accessories for my car and he respected that so we could negotiate only the final price of the car. When it was time for me to decide, he did not pressure me and waited patiently until I made my decision.
