This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from Longo Toyota, and am so happy with my new Mirai. Jose was quick to respond to my various email requests (he responded at night after hours) and we connected to set up am so happy with my new Mirai. Jose was quick to respond to my various email requests (he responded at night after hours) and we connected to set up an appointment the following day. Jose was great, shared the pros and cons of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, and efficiently took care of my purchase. His care and customer service, he even drove with me to a Hydrogen station to fill-up and show me the process. I let him know we'll be back in 24 months to buy a Highlander. More
