After a bad experience at another Toyota dealership that caused us to walk away, Harrison won our business with his prompt responsiveness, kindness, and hard work to find exactly what we wanted. He worked after hours to snag the truck we wanted in the monthly allocation and then closed the deal in house quickly once the truck came in. Olu, salesman was great. Dealership advertised on their website no hidden fees but still tried ti add $800 for window tinting. Two problems there 1. - $800 to tint a truck is absurd 2. The truck ALREADY had after market tint that was in great shape. Ultimately had to pitch a did and argue with sales manager to get that added cost removed from sales price - which was exactly as advertised - no haggling at all More

From the first time I talked to Tony he was honest and up front with me. We were going to be traveling from Amarillo and I needed to know the Toyota SR5 would be setting on the lot when we got there! When he left on Monday, Labor day he called to say it's here and he would see us there at 9AM Tuesday! We were set up and ready to go within hours of our arrival. Every one we encountered treated us with care and kindness along with some laughs!! Definitely one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had! We put a lot of trust in Tony and he came through like SUPERMAN!! More
