We found our next car online and submitted a request for info late in the evening, expecting to get info the following day. Tony responded within 30 minutes, called us and sent a quick video before we arri info late in the evening, expecting to get info the following day. Tony responded within 30 minutes, called us and sent a quick video before we arrived at the dealership, and then he and other staff stayed late with us (way past closing time) as we worked the process of buying the car. Although we weren't able to complete the process that evening (no fault of theirs, as it was way past time for bank calls), we knew we were in good hands to get everything done when we next returned.
