My experience today was ok. I was very disappointed to have to wait 30 minutes just to check in my car with 7:30am appointment. Only 2 service advisors checking in customers. I came for oil change and also to fix hazard switch relay that is not working. I even bought switch for $70 from Longo before service. In addition check engine light was on and TSC light on. For this they that is not working. I even bought switch for $70 from Longo before service. In addition check engine light was on and TSC light on. For this they charge me almost $1500. When I complained manager went down to $1150. xxx! More
