Take my 2020 highlander for 15k service. Strip my wheel lug nut and bolt. Waiting 3 1/2 hours when my car was done 4 of the alloy wheels were scratch end up left my car for repair. More

Being a guest of Longo’s, you must know how much we pride ourselves in offering a level of personal service that’s among the best, and we’re sorry that you didn’t experience this with your last visit. When we read feedback like that of which you shared online, only two choices can be made. We can either listen carefully and determine where we went wrong and make better choices in the future; or make no changes and lose the trust we have worked so hard to earn with our guests. I think you can guess which road we’d like to take. During our research we found the break-down in communication between both departments on your pre-paid tire & wheel order. We recently went to a new system on January 10, 2022, and we’re still getting very acquainted with this new data base. I’m hopeful Ms. Bogar, that our research in what transpired with Alex A. your service consultant and our front counter, parts personnel will bring you peace-of-mind that we will be a better ran company moving into the future because of your feedback.

Thank you for your response but I must say Alex A, the service consultant is not the problem. The Parts department manager did not respond to my request for help. As well, hours and days after my experience,The parts manager did not reach out to me, to talk to me, to assist me in any way. Betty Bogar
