Very dysfunctional and disorganized. ..the after servicing of the vehicle process. Previous times all very good, but this time had unique situation to deal with to pay for service of ..the after servicing of the vehicle process. Previous times all very good, but this time had unique situation to deal with to pay for service of my vehicle, and persons were not up to the task. Apparently there is a new pay system in place (I understand), and then not being able to direct persons (myself) to proper location to pay for service of my vehicle. In all, friendly staff...mechanic and service folks competent and professional. However, not happy with how things ended when trying to locate and pay for vehicle service. Waited in lines at two locations, and I was at the right place the first time, before I was directed elsewhere. So, left with a disappointing experience. More
