I said to him "I don't w On December 24, 2015 mid day I spoke to Alex Alvarez, Manager of Service, and told him the a/c in my buick was not working. I said to him "I don't want to be without a/c for Christmas, please"....He asked me to come to the dealership and GOT THE A/C FIX FOR ME BY 3pm. I thank Alex, the mechanic and Chris Dominguez, front desk, for helping me thru a very stressful time. Thank you for a beautiful Christmas Gift!!! Keep up the Good Work!!! More

A salesman named Antonio Corcho offered a new leased car to replace my previous car. I was satisfied with hat car but I had run it more miles than allowed and US Bank told me I had to pay for excess miles even if I purchased the car at the end of the lease. Mr Corcho offered me a new car, I paid $2000 down and my monthly payment increased from $329 to $440. He told me they will pay remaining payments and I will solve my problem with miles. That was false. They just returned the car to the bank, and the bank charged me $1,100 for miles in excess and worn tires. They knew that was my concern, and I had to pay it anyway, don't trust when they say: "leave your car here and take a new one" because is your name what matters to the bank. Worse, they used the wrong document to calculate remaining payments and USBank was charging additional $529. Fortunately the manager at GMC paid that bill. Tengan cuidado cuando le hagan una oferta sobre su leasing. Un vendedor llamado Antonio Corcho me ofreció un nuevo leasing para reemplazar mi anterior carro. Yo estaba contento con el carro pero estaba pasado de millas y el banco USBank me dijo que tendria que pagarlas aun si compraba el carro al final del lease. El sr Corcho me ofrecio un nuevo carro, pagué $2000 down y mi cuota mensual aumento de $329 a $440. Me dijo que ellos pagarian las cuotas pendientes y que resolveria mi problema con las millas, eso fue mentira. Ellos simplemente devolvieron el carro al banco, quien luego me cobró $1,100 por exceso de millas y gomas gastadas. Ellos sabian que esa era mi unica preocupacion y al final terminé pagandole al banco. No crean cuando ellos le dicen que deje su carro y tome uno nuevo, porque es su nombre el que esta comprometido con el banco, y a ellos no les importa.
