The service person was supposed to call me first thing in the morning. I called at 10 left a message no return call went to the dealership. The fellow told me they would call and I told him I would be there at four. He called at 330 and told me car was ready. I was told my rental car would be 39 per day for one day I paid 214.00. More

Customer service was great. They had my car serviced and ready for me pretty quickly. And Alicia who runs the shuttle was pretty friendly and professional.
