Customer service was great. They had my car serviced and ready for me pretty quickly. And Alicia who runs the shuttle was pretty friendly and professional. I however was not a fan of the vacuum and car wash. The Matt’s were still dirty with loose debris and the car looked like they threw soap water on the car, let it run down and dry. More
