This dealership will bend over backwards for you!! I am an out-of-state buyer and was in the process of buying a new 2017 Prius V. Worked with Brett Graham for this sale. He was great and worked with me throughout the entire transaction. I know that usually dealerships wait until the buyer is at the dealership before giving a quote. Brett was able to work with me and got me a great deal. They were even going to pick me up from the airport! By no fault of Brett's or the dealership, the deal fell through and I was not able to get the vehicle. Which is sad because I really wanted it! Anyway, Lost Pines Toyota is a great dealership to work with and should the need arise for me to purchase another Toyota (I have 3 now but wanted to replace the '04 Sienna), Lost Pines will be my first call! Thanks! More

Service could've been better My daughter had been in contact with Jesse for a few days on a vehicle. Being her first car purchase he made her believe she needed a co-signer and wa My daughter had been in contact with Jesse for a few days on a vehicle. Being her first car purchase he made her believe she needed a co-signer and was persistent on when she would be arriving. Forgot to mention she is 5 hours away. She had her own bank finance her and she did let him know. Well that friendly Jesse everyone seems to talk about changed his tone. The car did not have floor mats, so she asked if they would-be providing her with some he simply told her go to your local Ford dealer and buy some same with the spare key. As a past salesperson we are suppose to make all of our customers purchases as stress less and painless as possible. Unfortunately for my daughter she wasn't as lucky to have such a salesperson. Her first buying experience wasn't as great as it should've been. Best of luck to whomever has to deal with Jesse on a used Car. More

These folks know "Texas-Friendly" for sure. They were actually happy to see me and eager to work with me in numerous selections... Trey Mattox the outstanding sales person I dealt with that day, took me around and introduced me to the good folks in management and other Lost Pines Toyota 'team/family' members. and many staff-members not introduced to... heck they greeted and spoke to me too. A very nice, comfortable, professional, non-intimidating and down-home atmosphere. Trey Mattox even took the time and rode with me on the test drive explaining some of the many features of the 2015 Silverado I bought that same day. The paper work went smooth...
