My Lost Pines Experience When I went in to Lost Pines to talk with Trey, I was worried due to past experiences that left a bad taste in my mouth for dealerships and salesmen. When I went in to Lost Pines to talk with Trey, I was worried due to past experiences that left a bad taste in my mouth for dealerships and salesmen. What I found when I walked in was nothing but friendly smiles and warm greetings from their staff. They directed me to Trey who couldn't be any friendlier and helpful throughout the discussions. He brought everything to the table that I needed to know and gladly helped me with any confusion I had in the process. When it came down to brass tax and we settled everything, I couldn't have been any happier when I walked out of that dealership. Best experience EVER!! I started my search maybe about 2 months ago looking for the right car to replace my leased vehicle. I finally found the truck I had been searching fo I started my search maybe about 2 months ago looking for the right car to replace my leased vehicle. I finally found the truck I had been searching for at Toyota of Lost pines and boy and I glad I did. I sent in an online inquiry asking if they still had the truck in inventory as I live 100 miles away and couldn't just go up there to look at it. I quickly got a response from Trey, calling me to introduce himself and telling me all I needed to know about the truck. He even went and took detailed photos of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting before I made the trip. Trey's awesome customer service and transparency convinced me to put a deposit on the truck and make the 100+mile drive to go see him. Best decision ever! I arrive at the dealership and quickly greeted by the front desk, then Trey shortly after. He showed me right to the truck that we have been talking about and it was exactly what he told me it was and even better!! We take it for a quick test drive and he tells me again everything I need to know about the truck. We go in, get my car appraised and after getting a stellar deal, I decide this is the one. Not long after I was moving things from my old car to my new Tacoma! I couldn't have asked for a Better, hassle-free, easy and honest buying experience! Definitely TOP NOTCH! Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle (low priced) for a special use, was led to vehicle by salesperson who opened all doors started it up showed us features and when I asked to test drive I was told "I think it's sold" after over 30 minutes of "checking" his "sales manager" came and told us it had been sold the previous night, when my husband showed his irritation at being given the run around the manager just walked off. I can guarantee when we are in the market for an everyday high dollar vehicle we will definitely NOT go back to this place! More
