So far service at Lost Pines Toyota has been very good. Although I have a Chevy, I prefer their service processes and waiting area to that of the Chevrolet dealership in our area. I was very disappointed with the time it took to get the maintenance done on my vehicle (over 4 1/2 hours). Even though I had pre arranged an 11:00 am appointment on the previous day, it appeared to me tha maintenance done on my vehicle (over 4 1/2 hours). Even though I had pre arranged an 11:00 am appointment on the previous day, it appeared to me that my car sat outside the shop for at least an hour or more before it was moved into the shop and anything was done. In my opinion, when an appointment is prearranged, work on the vehicle should start shortly after the scheduled appointment time. In addition, after I arrived several maintenance items were added to the work I was told was recommended for my 70,000 mile pm when I made the appointment. More
