I came in with my husband to see a vehicle that he had called ahead to ask about. I was not greeted by anyone for up to 15 minutes. After my husband sought out 2 representatives, we were brought to an off called ahead to ask about. I was not greeted by anyone for up to 15 minutes. He came back and said the car had been sold and told us several times that we should’ve called....even though we did.
