Chris Potter was excellent and arranged everything for me so that I could drop off my vehicle and get going. No complaints. Donnie (hope I spelled that correctly) who worked on the car completed everything so that I could drop off my vehicle and get going. No complaints. The service was done properly but the lack of communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. Finally I was called by a different advisor telling me my car was ready and to pick it up. It wasn't until I arrived at the dealership the next day that I had the invoice total or the resolution of the issues. I will continue to utilize this dealership but will be more selective of my service advisor in the future. I've been a customer of this dealership for 7 years and not experienced this before. Also they need to bring back their shuttle service (-1 star) More
