Came in without an appointment because the transmission on my Suburban was running very hot. They were able to take the car right away. During the day, Brandon, our Service Rep kept me informed of the reas on my Suburban was running very hot. They were able to take the car right away. During the day, Brandon, our Service Rep kept me informed of the reason for the issue and the cost to repair it. Got my car back fully fixed by the end of the day.
