Christine initially reached out to me and told me to come in to her location to view some cars but I went to Lou Fusz Metroeast and had a bad experien Christine initially reached out to me and told me to come in to her location to view some cars but I went to Lou Fusz Metroeast and had a bad experience. Christine continued to follow up and I told her what happen, she was very concerned but still didn't pressure me to come her location which made me want to go and visit. Angela gave me a call and reassured me that this time around would be better. I felt extremely comfortable and came to their office. When I arrived Angela introduced me to Brittany. Brittany was amazing. Unlike the other location she listened to my wants and desires to be able to get me a car I need and like. Due to my very challenged credit I was skeptical that I would be able to get anything which is why I planned on doing the buy here pay here but Brittany saw bigger things then I did. She and the finance department was able to get me a new 2016 Buick Verano with no money down. This experience was amazing! Truly a blessing!!!! Best dealership ever!!!!
