During that time, I received knowledgeable and professional service from John Randazzo. I did not feel pressured at any point, just competently supported. Once I decided on the Lacrosse and what options I wanted, John helped make the rest of the buying experience very painless and enjoyable. Overall, this was a great experience, including the actual dealings with the title/finance folks. I can sum this up as low pressure, responsive, professional service that I would definitely recommend to others. Ask for John Randazzo. He definitely made my buying experience a pleasant one. More

Great Staff I was interested in looking at a Buick Encore Convenience. I filled out an online survey. Immediately my phone started ringing, bad luck, I was in a training class. I received a text from Ryan Finan asking if he could help me. I jumped on that, I could still be in training and text back and forth. I told him what I was looking for. We set up an appointment for Friday. I didn't get to meet Ryan personally but he turned us over to Scott Brotherton. Scott was Great. Asked the right questions and got us in and out of there in a short time. David Hoeflinger was our finance guy. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Left Friday night with my new vehicle. We WILL be going back to see this team again! Thanks guys for all your help! More

Happy Dance Amy greeted me as I took my Silverado in for routine service and to have the battery checked as the truck had begUn to slow when cranking. She indicat Amy greeted me as I took my Silverado in for routine service and to have the battery checked as the truck had begUn to slow when cranking. She indicated that an electrical check would be $35 and I said fine. She called me later when my vehicle was ready to tell me that, yes, the battery at around 5 years old was no longer holding a charge as it should. She went on to state that the battery had been replaced BUT, there was no charge for the battery or the electrical check since the old battery had also been pucharsed from Lou Fusz. Thank you AMY! aND NOW....... HAPPY DANCE!!! More
