DO NOt USE THIS DEALER SHIP ! !!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t !!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t check multiple finance places for the best rating. He handed me an iPad to do electronic signatures so I was reading through the paperwork and signing some of it, but I couldn’t see all the numbers when I asked questions about the numbers. He was very rude and I said I don’t like signing this because I can’t see the numbers written out. He said they were right and I put the iPad on his desk and said, I can’t read everything , he finished and submit and I was very upset. He did that walked out of the office. The sales man came outside to get me and I told him about everything. He asked if I wanted to go to another finance guy, but I said he already hit submit he had no right to do that. He went back and got the paperwork and told me that I had a couple more pages to sign so I was able to read those last page and sign it when I got home and read the paperwork. The numbers were wrong we agreed on 12,000 on my trade on and they only gave me 11,500. I knew it didn’t seem right. I should’ve had him bring my car back to me and leave extremely upset with the lies and manipulation. More

Where to begin…I’ve been coming to this dealership for close to 10 years for routine maintenance. Never had any issues until recently. I came in for general oil change. Stupidly, I agree to do the “extras close to 10 years for routine maintenance. Never had any issues until recently. I came in for general oil change. Stupidly, I agree to do the “extras” because it’s summer time and I expect to have a few road trips and need my vehicle running well. They have never proven me wrong until now. I came in with no issues but left with an engine light and thousands of dollars in repairs. I spent almost $7k between routine maintenance and now repairs in less than a month. Is it fixed?? Nope! Now I’m waiting on parts again to fix the so called same issue that was supposed to be repaired the first time….i guess third times a charm. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I’m so mad that I’m being taken advantage of. They are attempting to fix the issue again but I have zero confidence. More

I picked up the car a couple days later and noticed once I got home it was still leaking a little, I figured it was just residual oil from the tech not cleaning it all off. So I brushed it off but that was a mistake because once It came time for me to do my next oil change I looked under the car and saw there was oil all over my exhaust, oil pan, oil cooler, skid plate, and the passenger side. Called the dealership asking if there was any way to diag it again to find the ACTUAL issue. They magically found it was the oil pressure switch that is a $5,000 job to replace. The first seal replacement was only 700$. The oil pressure switch is the lowest point on the oil pan which tells me they clearly diagnosed it wrong the first time. They are refusing to stand behind their work and make things right More
I had a great experience with Daniel Moore. I purchased a Cacti Green Chevy Trax 1RS. Not only was he professional, he was very patient with me and walked me through the buying experience. I ha I purchased a Cacti Green Chevy Trax 1RS. Not only was he professional, he was very patient with me and walked me through the buying experience. Normally this dealership is my number one choice until recently. I went there just to get information about it possible trade-in and showed little interest in buying something new however the dealer refus recently. I went there just to get information about it possible trade-in and showed little interest in buying something new however the dealer refused to give me any kind of information on the value of trading in my vehicle until I promised a down payment on something new the pressure that I felt to buy something was unreal and extremely uncomfortable. I can safely say that I will never be going to this dealer again as long as they continue these practices, customer should not feel pressured to buy anything! More
Chris Eads at Lou Fusz in St Peter's we have now bought 2 vehicles from. He is amazing, down to earth, marine military veteran, family man that absolutely adores his family and will do his very best to make vehicles from. A big thank you to Chris for selling me my RS blazer, which is the best SUV I've owned! Love it! ❤️ And for assisting Dawson Lewis on his truck today! I always say, "Stop being like a Used Car Salesman" but Chris youve taught me that not all car salesmen are the same!! More
DO NOT TRUST SHANE (Sales Manager) or (Alexis Voss) General manager of this store. I purchased a $55,000 vehicle and bought a $3,900 warranty. I expressed to the business manager that I needed a warran General manager of this store. I purchased a $55,000 vehicle and bought a $3,900 warranty. I expressed to the business manager that I needed a warranty that covered me for 100,000 miles from when I purchased the vehicle. He attempted to sell me a warranty with less miles but expressed to him the vehicle was going to be driven a lot for business and had to have that coverage. I signed what I though was this warranty covering me for this duration to be fooled that it wasn’t! My trucks Hubs bearing went out and I attempted to call in the warranty company to find out it was expired. I went to the dealership and spoke with Shane (Sales Manager) and he knew me from my purchased. He asked if I had received my backup camera (which was supposed to be replaced after purchase) and I told him after 8 months it still had not been repaired by their company. He looked up my warrant and stated that I was covered and he was going to get to the bottom of it. He came back and stated that they switched warranty companies bc they were having issues with them honoring warranties but he would fix it. Later to call me to tell me that the warranty had expired and he could fix the hub bearing but not consequential damages. ($3900 in repairs) I expressed to him that that was not fair when he agreed with me that the warranty that I signed was not correct and I was covered until the vehicle reached 143,000. The General Manager got involved and she proceeded to tell me that they weren’t going to fix the vehicle but I could have it towed to their dealership and they wound CONSIDER fixing the vehicle after he told me they would fix the issue. This woman is the Devil! She accused me of lying that I even serviced my brakes the prior week. Extremely rude and attempted to blame another dealership for breaking the Hub bearings because they serviced my vehicle. Mind you I drove the vehicle for 1,000 miles after they changed my breaks. She told me that she would not allow her service department to work on my vehicle in ANY capacity but would refund me what they thought was fair 20% of the warranty. ($700) I have always bought from another dealership but was encouraged from former NFL athletes like myself that Lou Fusz was a reputable dealership. THEY ARE NOT! Stay away and read everything. I still have not had my back up camera fixed 8 moths later! Contacting BBB today! More
