My husband and I visited Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters last week. We were immediately greeted by Tim King . He was readily able to answer any and all questions we had and was thorough in all his explanations. We have literally never received better service and would like everyone to know that they should go to this dealership and that they should go see Tim. We went in looking for one car that day. He was so helpful with all of our questions and research we were doing regarding some trucks on their lot that we ended up leaving with a new truck as well. We had planned to wait a few weeks for the truck, but his service made our choice easy and we purchased that same day. Because we had to go back to finance a 2nd tie that evening, he and Dan Reidt stayed late that evening to meet our needs, help set-up our apps, phone and navigation in both vehicles. Tim also followed up with us after the purchase as well and even arranged for our rental to be picked up from their lot. We drove 90 minutes to test drive a used CR-V from Lou Fusz Chevrolet. We had some struggles with working through getting the finances from the bank to the dealership so that we could take the car home th Fusz Chevrolet. The sales manager was EXTREMELY helpful in this regard. He did absolutely everything he could to help us get this accomplished. We were there for a mere 30 minutes before starting our journey back to KC with the new Colorado Redline. The door lock was stuck in lock and needed a new actuator. At 3:45pm, we finally called because we had heard nothing regarding my car. Randy said there was nothing wrong with the door, the lock moved up and down when the button was pushed, per the repair tech. They neglected to try and open the door - which would not open. Finally got the car about 5:00, was told it would be $475 for an hour of their work but it would probably take longer than that, they just didn't know how long. I have no intention of going back to use their Service Department or their Sales Department, even though Dave Mayer, our Salesman, was one of the best I have ever had. Lou Fusz, your Service Department really needs help. More
2018 Cruze wouldn’t start, AAA said it was the starter. Had it towed to Lou Fusz Monday. service advisor maybe Wed/Thur. Must wait past the weekend now. 8 days stuck without my car and not knowing when the car will be fixed. Not very encouraging for repeat business. At this point thIs dealer doesn’t seem to care about me as a customer. More

New car was not prepped when purchased Vehicle was not prepped properly when bought. The vehicle had a dealer installed pin stripe which I did not want. The salesperson said that it would be removed at no additional cost. Upon taking delivery of the new 2019 Impala Premium, I saw that the pin stripe was removed and it appeared that the vehicle somewhat cleaned. Upon driving a short distance I noticed that the interior windshield was only attempted to be washed and none of the other windows were cleaned at all. Going through the Infotainment, I noticed that the tire pressure showed 34, 31, 30, 30 (needed to be set at 33 PSI). Upon arriving at home I noticed that the pinstripe glue/backing was still apparent and the vehicle had rub marks where the tech had tried to remove it. I found lower Front Air Dam pieces in the trunk that were never installed. There was still white shipping tape on various areas on the lower part of the vehicle. The windshield washer fluid container was never filled. The interior was dusty. I have purchased 15 new GM vehicles over the past 40 years and all have been prepped extremely well. When I drove out of the lot I just assumed that this vehicle was also prepped properly and I did not do a thorough inspection (my mistake). I did contact the salesperson the following day to address the issues. After numerous calls they did agree to compensate me for allowing me to correct these issues. It has been 10 days since then, but I still have not been compensated. A few days prior to dealing on the vehicle I had contacted the salesperson with a question in regards to the "Engine Control Start/Stop" feature, if it was on the 2019 Impala Premium V6. They indicated that it was. Upon my own research I was seeing that it is not on that vehicle (which I preferred not want on my vehicle). I had other questions while dealing on the vehicle and they did hot have immediate answers. It's apparent that the sales people have no knowledge of the vehicles being sold. More
