We came to Lou Fusz after our only vehicle suddenly died. We don't have the best credit, we only had a small down payment, and we couldn't afford a huge monthly payment. She understood our situation and wanted to find a car that would last for a long time and not leave us stranded. And she knocked it out of the park. Jeff in the finance department did everything he could on his end to get us a good rate and a fair payment, and we could not be more grateful for everything they did for us. They definitely made a very stressful situation into something positive for us. More

Felt like a bait & switch from drop off to pick up and end with high, unjustified price. Scheduled a $70 oil change, agreed to additional maintenance at drop off for $250 total. Was told it was $420 when end with high, unjustified price. Scheduled a $70 oil change, agreed to additional maintenance at drop off for $250 total. Was told it was $420 when I arrived to pick up my truck. I asked for an explanation, and the price magically dropped to $330. I asked again for an explanation and was told this was the price. I asked how it had changed from $250 to $330 and was told I'd need to ask Brandon (but Brandon had gone home). Poor communication: No one called me to let me know my truck was finished. I was told 4 hours, called after 7 hours, and the woman who answered put me hold for 15 minutes and said they'd missed placed my paper work and I needed to come in. Will consider other service centers for the future. Disappointed considering my long time patronage over the past 5 years. More
