I was very pleased with my service appointment. I went in for an oil change tire rotation and front end alignment. Service advisor (Brandon Piel) nformed me that the required 40,000 mile service wo I went in for an oil change tire rotation and front end alignment. Service advisor (Brandon Piel) nformed me that the required 40,000 mile service would take several hours ( I think he said 5-6 hours). Brandon offered if I needed to run and grab lunch, etc. just let him know. The entire service writing staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Brandon checked on me several times and gave me multiple status updates. I was extremely impressed by the customer service proved by Brandon. Nice job!!! More
