Everyone is extremely helpful. I had my truck inspected at an independent shop and they found a few things that needed repaired. I called Lou Fusz to see if it was under warranty I had my truck inspected at an independent shop and they found a few things that needed repaired. I called Lou Fusz to see if it was under warranty. They confirmed it was and while doing their inspection they found other items in need of replacement and under warranty also. They saved me from having the parts fail before replacing them. More

Things wee tense at first. I bought a preowned vehicle that took on water to the interior during rain. First time I tried to remedy that with service I was told I’d need to I bought a preowned vehicle that took on water to the interior during rain. First time I tried to remedy that with service I was told I’d need to pay $180 for a diagnostic. I was dismayed. After talking to Shane directly they seem to have remedied the problem. I am hopeful and grateful. Service operators are great by the way! More
