She was panicking as the cracks grew larger and I was getting nowhere with the repair until I called the Collision Center number. Zack responded quickly to all communications, got the windshield ordered and the tech coordinated and it all works wonderfully! Thank you all so much for staying on top of these new technologies! I received an oil change and tire rotation early June and the wait time was about two hours because it slipped their minds that my car had already been done. Secondly, after I finally gotten my vehicle back I noticed that my service sticker wasn't updated so I have no idea when to come back and my vehicle was one of the only vehicles that didn't receive a complimentary car wash. I would have ask for one but after waiting an additional hour I was just ready to go. More
