Bought a car that they said they would clean. They said they couldn't finish that day after over an hour of waiting for it to be cleaned. They offer me to come back to have it cleaned. I then sat their for three hours and when I got in the car there was still dirt on the seats that you could brush off with your hand, speaker, seat belts, it looked like they cleaned the outside and then pretended to clean it. The first service appointment I made, I'm not sure much was done even though I was told they did a multipoint inspection, as my washer fluid was still pinging me as low. Also, they left my receipt in my ca was done even though I was told they did a multipoint inspection, as my washer fluid was still pinging me as low. Also, they left my receipt in my car when I picked it up, and they signed it for me, which is not okay. The second service appointment I made a couple of weeks later in order to cover a recall and check more expanded things (charger port door) was much better, although the valet driver told me he had to turn around to return to the service center because the washer fluid still had not been checked.
