I highly recommend Lou Fusz Kia for both sales and service! I've leased many vehicles from them over the years, had my vehicles serviced there, and also needed the expertise of the Collision Center fo service! I've leased many vehicles from them over the years, had my vehicles serviced there, and also needed the expertise of the Collision Center for repairs. Their entire culture is professional, yet friendly and customer-centric. The surroundings are clean and comfortable, including the shop! At one point, I needed standard service, an oil change & tire rotation, but also needed some body work done. Both managers of the service department and the collision center (Kevin & Kevin) coordinated everything into one seamless trip for me, including the rental car. I also received updates as the week progressed. That was a great experience! More
Pricing is extremely high and the breakdown of charges is not clear and very confusing. Just to get an oil change it is $99 and there is now a 3% fee on credit card payments. My other complaint is that there are no loyalty rewards for someone (myself) who has had all vehicles serviced at Lou Fusz for the last 10 years. I have cancelled my appt for my other vehicle because I can get an oil change done for $40 elsewhere. I like the reps, but there needs to be more visibility on the charges making it more clear on the breakdowns and there needs to be some sort of loyalty program for the usual visitors. More
