Had an early appointment and had no wait at the check in counter. I waited while work was done. The very nice gentleman at the service counter kept me updated on how the work was going. I had a great experience leasing my new vehicle at Lou Fusz. Steve did an awesome job explaining the leasing process, and explaining the features of my new Kia Sorento. He walked me thru setting up Kia Fusz. Steve did an awesome job explaining the leasing process, and explaining the features of my new Kia Sorento. He walked me thru setting up Kia Connect and Apple Carplay, and answered all my questions. Joe in the finance department walked me through all the paperwork, explaining everything as we went.
