I dropped my Kia off for warranty work. When the service writer called me, the first thing he said there would be a $200 diagnostic fee. I asked about it being under warranty and he corre When the service writer called me, the first thing he said there would be a $200 diagnostic fee. I asked about it being under warranty and he corrected himself. What would have happened if I just said "ok" He then asked if I wanted an oil change. They just changed the oil a month ago. Did he not look at my record before calling. He then said they had already checked the alignment and the "front is out" I politely said no thanks to any upsell. The work was completed, problem fixed and returned without further incident. I HATE THE UPSELL! More
