Recently purchased tires from Lou Fusz Kia, saw a screw punctured the tire, took it to Lou Fusz Kia and was able to get tire patched. I was fortunate enough to start my experience at Lou Fusz Kia by having a very good salesman, Brian Schaeperkoetter. He went out of his way to be kind and courteous during the sales experience. Next, I had a Kia by having a very good salesman, Brian Schaeperkoetter. He went out of his way to be kind and courteous during the sales experience. Next, I had a brake issue with my used car purchase about 3 months (2200 miles) after purchase. Although the issue should have been entirely my financial responsibility, this Lou Fusz dealership bent over backwards to make a fair and equitable financial arrangement for repair of my vehicle. Thank You Lou Fusz Kia! More
