I scheduled an appointment for a recall and an oil change. I then spoke with someone in the parts department to confirm the part was available. The person repeated the recall type and confirmed the pa change. I then spoke with someone in the parts department to confirm the part was available. The day of the appointment I asked the service person(lady) how long was the recall going to take. She stated 45 mins. Total 1 1/2 with the oil change.. I decided to wait at the dealership. She came back giving me recommendations on my car. I agreed on 2 of those recommendations. Two hours later my car was ready with no work done for the recall. She stated the recall takes 4hrs. She quoted me a timeframe for a recall that did not have anything to do with my vehicle.. that was a lie because the parts department had the correct recall type. I rescheduled the recall the next week. During the second visit I was told my dip stick was broken(I was not told that last week during my original appointment after the oil change and the other things they recommended). I mentioned my concern to the guy(just so happened to be manager of service). The dip stick just so happened to be broken 4 days after my oil change. He asked for a moment and begin typing on the computer)I believed he typed the dip stick issue at that moment.. he stated they listed the broken dip stick under something else. I asked to get the dipstick covered by the dealer because it was not broken. He refused. I asked if I can get a refund if I can prove the broken dip stick was not listed on my paperwork he refused again.. this dealership is dishonest. I will not be back. More

Soon as I drove up, they took care of me. Silly was clean. Everyone that I dealt with was very respectful and very kind. They’ve even washed the car inside and out.
