I brought my vehicle in for a SAFETY recall, oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in the service rep told me that he was 90% sure that they had the parts for the recall. I left my car. I was later texted with other recommended service items to approve. I went online and approved them. I was later contacted when my car was ready and at that point was told that they didn't have the parts needed to fix the recall item, couldn't get them and that they were on backorder! This was the whole reason I went to the dealership for this work. The communication was horrible and they should not have let me book the appointment if the necessary parts were not available. Now this will require another visit and vehicle drop off. So frustrating More
