I would say the positive of the visit is the customer service. Lucas Sellers should be recognized for his friendly service. He is very kind and sincere! Nice guy! Aside from the wait, my only other feedback would be that it would be nice if the techs vacuumed my vehicle since the service report includes that as completed with the service. That part is never done, and on this last visit there were dirty hand prints left on my dashboard. So essentially my vehicle was returned dirtier lol More

Great service and Great personnel! As soon I arrived Zach immediately met me at my car! Within 2 minutes He was getting my paperwork ready! Good replacement Hood replacement was good. However, the red cover to my battery was off and askew. The next day my battery was dead and had to be jumped. So I’m wo Hood replacement was good. Also I had my service advisor at LF Ford request an estimate on paint chip repair on my bumper while it was at the KIA shop... still waiting... never took the time to give me an estimate. a bit disappointing when you specifically ask for an estimate to have work done while in the shop!!!
