Embarrassingly awful service. BUT THIS TEAM, they put a lot of love into my car!Not only that, I felt the care on a personal level , they really helped to relieve a lot of my own stress and anxiety about my car repairs. Sam and Tracey knocked it out of the park! Everyone in the collision center is so great the vocal. I was very comfortable that the car was going to be in significantly better shape when I got it back and it absolutely was down to the excellent cleaning. My car hasn't been that well vacuumed in quite a while due to life changes and it had me embarrassed to even drop the car off. It had me really down that I hadn't given it the basic care it deserved. The repairs are beautiful, my car is still clean lol and I am very happy. Thank you all truly from heart. Hopefully no one else will hit my car and spare me the stress! More

Two estimates on damage repairs There were two estimates for repairs. I signed and turned in two. Only one of them was actually completed. They completely ignored the second one. I had to go to a lot of trouble to get a car to use during the repairs, so I was very disappointed that all the work wasn't completed. There was also a verbal agreement made to touch up one little tiny paint chip on the driver's side door that was to be done as a courtesy. It was not touched up and, in fact, now there appear to be two paint chips on the door! Also one phone call from Sam said the car would be ready a paricular afternoon and he wold call when it was being cleaned up. I made arrangements with my brother to do the car swap. I never got a call saying it was being cleaned up. In fact I had to call the next day and see when the car would be ready. They said it still needed to be cleaned up. And then I had to re-schedule with my brother to trade cars. This was an ordeal because the car I was borrowing resides in Kirkwood, not exactly around the corner from Lou Fusz Creve Coeur or U. City where I live. More
