Worst Wow. I mean really, wow. I will never buy another car here, nor recommend them to anyone I know. In fact, I promise to tell others looking for a car t Wow. I mean really, wow. I will never buy another car here, nor recommend them to anyone I know. In fact, I promise to tell others looking for a car to AVOID this place. I've been here 5 times in less than a month. Yep, you read that correctly, 5 times. And I'm going again for the final & 6th time to try to get my 2017 Kia which has a full extended warranty (and it's still under manufacturer warranty) fixed. They couldn't do anything to fix my car the first 5 times, they blame the warning light on 'bad fuel' which to me is a cop out of trying to fix the issue and not have to do any real work at all. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a new car, ever. EVER. I am never buying a Kia again & never coming here again after the 6th time. After the 3rd time of them 'not being able to replicate the issue' EVEN THOUGH I have an OBD Reader which shows the failure, they should have offered to replace anything that could cause the issue, starting with the smallest... For free. They didn't. Instead they want to try to get me to pay $500-$600 for some BS that basically, they should pay for bc of this terrible customer service. This is some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life and I wish I never had bought this car or at LEAST not bought it from them. Do NOT buy from here, do NOT buy from here, do NOT buy from here. They obviously don't care about anything but making money and taking yours any way possible. More
