Promised service check for a month - never returned my calls Go somewhere else. Service writer waited until after the 12kmi adjustment period was over to finally return a call and make an appointment for an issu Go somewhere else. Service writer waited until after the 12kmi adjustment period was over to finally return a call and make an appointment for an issue raised three times during that period. Then they tried to charge us for the service! After promising they wouldn’t. Shady... Edit: Contrary to the story below, after being brought to the dealers attention THREE times, the car continued to pull to the left. Caught this on video. Was told it could not be replicated “in stop and go rush hour traffic on Olive.” No Joke? I’m shocked. Additionally, alignment check is one of several troubleshooting steps for a pull. This same manager who replied below was the one who told both the service writer and my wife that it’s not covered. Even after Zach said he’d note the account, checked us in, and said he’d confirm that it was covered as it had been noted three times prior to the expiry of the 12k adjustment period. I explained this to Lucas who’s attitude was essentially tough sh*t, don’t care what Zach said, my boss said it’s not covered. I had to raise my voice to him to even get the manager, who AFTER being told Zach promised this continued to tell me it wasn’t covered. Finally as a “courtesy for my time” as I refused no as an answer, then and only then did he offer to comp the alignment. The sequence of events described in his reply are sugarcoated and out of sequence from how they actually happened. My only assumption is because he wants to paint it better than it was. One of the worst service experiences in my life. ADDITIONALLY...We also have an issue with the front radar collision warning system and he told me it’s a “Kia thing”: he said he owns a Kia and it “does the same thing”. Sorry it’s malfunctioning-nothing we can do. I will likely never buy another KMC or HMC vehicle again, sadly not from Fusz. We will have to continue going here for service per the Engines Forever warranty. Otherwise, we’d go elsewhere. More

Paid off Car, New Engine Service was quick and proficient. My engine went out in my car. It was covered under warranty. Kia offered me a 2019 Kia Optimum to drive while they Service was quick and proficient. My engine went out in my car. It was covered under warranty. Kia offered me a 2019 Kia Optimum to drive while they installed a new engine. I was expecting a two month wait, but my car was ready in 1 week. Although I hated giving up that brand new car smell, it felt good to have my paid off car with a brand new engine back. Thank you Lou Fusz Kia More
