Just purchased a brand new 2020 Kia Telluride Working with Kris and Jared, on the sales side, was the easiest and most professional vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. In fact we had an agreed sales price on the Telluride and a value on my Trade that I was very pleased with before I even went to their dealership to wrap things up. All of this was completely handle via emails and a couple of phone calls BEFORE my dealership visit. When I did get to the dealership (3/9/19) there was some difficulty getting the rates and terms I need from MY CREDIT UNION. Jared, the Sales Manager, stepped right in and secured excellent financing through KIA FINANCIAL including a $1,500.00 rebate and a Kia paid 1st payment, both of which I would not have gotten through MY CREDIT UNION. I was then turned over to Joe Shepard, Finance Manager, who worked with me seamlessly to finalize all documents and paperwork. In fact, when Joe looked over the financing deal from Kia Financial he personally called them and GOT ME A BETTER DEAL. All in all a very positive experience working with Kris, Jared and Joe at Lou Fusz Kia I highly recommend working with these gentlemen and the whole Fusz team, and, as a bonus, I love my new Telluride and it's 5 year bumper to bumper warranty!!
