My salesman was condescending and not a good presentation of the Lou Fusz brand. I found a pre-owned vehicle online, I walked in he was friendly and I informed him of what I want to see. He had someone pull the vehicle around and everything started off in a good fashion. When it came to specific questions he wasn’t able to answer several with out going to his manager, so I asked him how long he has been a salesmen. He said a month, and later said three months. I was fine with his first answer, because everyone starts somewhere and I am a manager in guest servives so I am patient and understanding to work with any level of knowledge. Everyone has been new at their job before, so I said he’s nice enough and my first impression was enough to proceed. I asked him to check and see whether there was any option to go lower on the price, he answered without hesitation it’s priced to sale. He said we aren’t wasting money here or tryinh to give away anything free, that threw me for a loop because I’m the customer and that response was simply unprofessional. To tell a potential customer looking to spend money, we aren’t looking to negotiate whatsoever in the car sailing business. As a consumer and have purchased 4 vehicles before this one, I’m knowledgeable enough to know they can always offer something. I told him it’s just a question so he could at least ask, they were firm on the price but waived the application fee of $199. Which was perfectly fine with me, as long as I felt like I was getting a good deal. He started showing a lack of knowledge, when my boyfriend asked him to have the battery in the pre-owned vehicle looked at or possibly replaced. There was large amounts of corrosion visibly showing, which can quickly eat at the wires and cause major problems. His immediate answer was “No”, we’ve had the car for two months already once again we aren’t in the business to keep wasting money. He spoke with his manager and they prepared to take the car back to the shop. When they service team member went to start the vehicle, it wouldn’t power on to start up. They had to replace the battery with a brand new one after 10min of looking under the hood. I was already on edge for his attitude earlier with the price, so I was completely dissatisfied now with his lack of consideration to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Long story short we finished the deal after 5 hours and a struggle of empathy with our salesman Jake. More

It was horrible experience I made an appointment prior to change oil in my car(I bought a car in this location). They changed oil in my car for 2.30 hours!!!! I believe they just forgot about my car for these two hours because when I came they told me that I need to wait 20 min( they change my oil in the last 20 min or didn't change it at all). Service center staff return my car as dirty as it was they didn't vacuum it at all. The light of the Tire Pressure Monitoring System still was yellow. My car was quickly washed outside and when it's dry it was even dirtier than before. I want to ask you guys what did you do all this time? It is not the first time. Once the staff refuses to wash my car because a new wash machine can break my radio antenna. I have the same antenna that every car younger than 2013 has. I am really disappointed. More
