I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Kia Optima, decided to browse the showroom, fell in love with an SUV, and Charles helped me with trading in my Optima for a Sportage. He was very kind and accommodating during the entire process from greeting me, to handing over the keys. I felt comfortable with him, and I love that he wasn’t pushy at all. Charles listened to my wants and needs, and then delivered on them with percision. Also, I want to send a HUGE shout-out to Jared the Manager and Joe the Finance Manager. They were incredibly friendly and beyond helpful! They made sure I was at ease, and you could tell they were there to truly help me! I HIGHLY recommend Kia Lou Fusz to everyone, but ONLY Kia Lou Fusz, as I’ve had less than pleasant experiences with Suntrup Kia South. Was just browsing at the cars on the showroom floor when my fiancé and I were I went in for a simple routine maintenance appt for my 2016 Kia Optima. Was just browsing at the cars on the showroom floor when my fiancé and I were approached by Kris. I really had no intentions on trading in my vehicle but I was interested in what he had to say. Long story short, I drove off in a 2018 Kia Optima Ex—UPGRADED—sunroof, full leather seats, bigger screen, navigation system and so much more for only $97 more than what i was paying. The process was a breeze and I didn’t have to put any money down. Overall, I am loving my new vehicle and strongly recommend Lou Fisz Kia. P.S.... THIS IS MY SECOND TIME PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. In Jan 2017, I purchased the 2016 Kia Optima mentioned above. Excellent Service I recently took my KIA to Lou Fusz for some recall notices. I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courte I recently took my KIA to Lou Fusz for some recall notices. I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courteously squeezed me in before I had to drive a long way. They found a tire issue inspecting my vehicle and i was very appreciative that they found this before I left down for a 3 1/2 hour drive. They not only squeezed me in on short notice, but finished my car ahead of estimated time, gave me a ride home, then came and picked me up when car was done. Really excellent service. More

I had a really positive experience with Lou Fusz Kia Charlie was my salesman. He was fun and easy going and not too hard-sell. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant. I don't have the best credit, bu Charlie was my salesman. He was fun and easy going and not too hard-sell. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant. I don't have the best credit, but their financing department was able to work with me and I left in the new car that I wanted without breaking my budget.
