100 percent satisfied I went to dealership and purchased a van i knew what i wanted and how much i planned on spending .They met my needs and exceeded my expectations i too I went to dealership and purchased a van i knew what i wanted and how much i planned on spending .They met my needs and exceeded my expectations i took the van home and began to drive it in a week and a half i needed to replace front brakes so i replaced front pads i kept my reciepts and pads and on a later date went back to dealership and explained the situation i also explained that i knew that the rear brakes were in need of changing to they took the van in back and proceeded to inspect to see if i was correct and they indeed found that i was right so with that being said they replaced both rotors both pads and a caliper in all honesty i was only expecting to be reimbursed for parts and labor however they made it right and did the work them selves and they reimbursed for the work that i had done to the front so yes they totally met my expectations and went over and beyond what i expected for them to do so yes i will definitely be referring them to other people because they do care about safety. More
