This dealership has always taken care of the recall work on our Sorento and I feel very confident in their ability and professionalism. We’ve had a couple of issues with our car - a fan issue on the a/c an on our Sorento and I feel very confident in their ability and professionalism. We’ve had a couple of issues with our car - a fan issue on the a/c and an oil leak. Both were addressed and corrected by this service department as well as the recommended service for the mileage. I went to Telle Tire for a slow leak, just to get it patched, and they tried to tell me all 4 of my tires were severely dry-rotted and I needed to pay them over $600 for a new set of tires. I didn't tru patched, and they tried to tell me all 4 of my tires were severely dry-rotted and I needed to pay them over $600 for a new set of tires. I didn't trust that, so I took my car to Lou Fusz for a second opinion, since they have done great work for me in the past. They saw me promptly and not only were they able to tell me that my tires were not in fact needing replaced just yet, they also patched the slow leak AND did an alignment and work on my brakes, which I was already aware needed looked at but I was glad they went ahead and did a full look-through because I hadn't even thought to mention it to them. I was able to get everything done that I needed that day for the same price that Telle wanted just for new tires. I appreciated how the guys at Lou Fusz were up-front and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Just because I'm a young woman doesn't mean I don't know my car, and it felt really validating that the guys here backed me up on my concerns! Thanks guys! More
