I called to get something set up the next day to have it fixed they told me that they were booked until a couple weeks and I let the lady know that I was not able to come back in a couple weeks because I will be out of town with my car. She transferred me to someone else who did not answer so I left a message and never got a call back I really hope I don't have any mechanical problems on my trip Other than that I'm happy with everything. The service writer that I dealt with was very unfriendly and she acted like she was doing me a favor by looking at my paint problems. They didn’t end up addressing any of the paint problems on my brand new and she acted like she was doing me a favor by looking at my paint problems. They didn’t end up addressing any of the paint problems on my brand new $54,000 car. The loose piece of trim that was repaired was hanging down loose by the time I got home. I will say that the salesman that I have dealt with in the past was very good. His name is Curtis Laws. Can’t say much for the service writer. More
