The personnel in the service department are so awesome! I get the best customer service each time. I do find it interesting to hear "What brings you in today?" so the only improvement that could be made I get the best customer service each time. I do find it interesting to hear "What brings you in today?" so the only improvement that could be made is for a quick way to query the vehicle license plate or something to help see if a scheduled appt has been made so that can be the beginning of the conversation. I brought in my 2012 Kia Optima for service. Service was almost excellent. I complained about a fluttering noise in the dash and it was not fixed as promised. The fluttering is still there.
