Service department was ok they did good work. I felt that the management didn't care at all about answering my questions. I have bought a lot of cars from Lou Fusz and they certainly didn't even call m that the management didn't care at all about answering my questions. Took vehicle in 4 recall repair, receipt says complimentary wash and vacuum. NOT TOUCHED! ALSO CLAIMS MULTIPOINT INSPECTION.. NOT DONE because engine light on and abs, and esc light on when it wa complimentary wash and vacuum. NOT TOUCHED! ALSO CLAIMS MULTIPOINT INSPECTION..
