Staff was not knowledgeable about my vehicle. During the first service appointment (6/9/20) for our new vehicle, a 2019 Kia Niro, I asked about purchasing a 3rd key to use as an emergency backup. During the first service appointment (6/9/20) for our new vehicle, a 2019 Kia Niro, I asked about purchasing a 3rd key to use as an emergency backup. I was told that while a key alone would not help, Lou Fusz could order and program an additional Smart Key fob for approximately $372. I reluctantly agreed, in spite of the cost, and on June 17 returned to the Service Department to pick up the new Smart Key and have it programmed to the vehicle. Some weeks later, we realized that one of the 2 original Smart Keys no longer worked. Searching through the 600 page owner's manual, I found a brief statement that a maximum of 2 smart keys can be registered to a single vehicle. This limit certainly came as a surprise to us, and I assume to your service staff as well, who had just sold me an additional key which apparently did nothing more than turn one of our original keys into junk. When I came in July 13 and spoke to Zach Lentz, he apologized but said that if that was what the owner's manual for my Niro said, then it must be true, and there was absolutely nothing he could do about it. Asked if this unusual limitation applied to other Kias, he seemed uncertain, but thought it might be the case for the new Kia Seltos. Trying to read through the owner's manual, I understand the difficulty of keeping track of the peculiarities of the many models you service but I expect better than this from a serious dealership. Went to the nearest gas station and filled the tire back up. On Monday I drove into Lou Fusz KIA service. Explained what was happening and confessed I didn't have an appointment. Even though they were so booked for the day, they took my car and was on my to work within thirty minutes. Awesome Service!!!!! More

Lou Fusz Kia service staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They keep clients updated through the service process, giving them some idea when the work on their vehicle should be completed. Took my car in to get it fix, car was returned with signs that someone from the body shop had taken the car out of the shop. When I got the car back, there was garage opener, and the entire area inside above that someone from the body shop had taken the car out of the shop. When I got the car back, there was garage opener, and the entire area inside above the wind shield, sun roof, doors has black finger marks. Called and ask why there was a garage opener and black marks all over. The lady said don’t know why, the shop doesn’t have a garage. Ask me to bring it in for cleaning. When they finished cleaning, it was not cleaned properly, still had black marks. then I saw the cloth area above the door had damage. Looked like someone used a scrub brush to scrub the area. When I told them about it, the manager said it was not them. blamed it was from people’s hand brushing up against it when holding on to the handle. It wasn’t even in the same area. I was told they will call me back to see how they can fix it. No one call me back. I called and left a voice mail no one had returned my call. No accountability from the people. More
