Satisfied but a little disappointed All services completed but wasn’t told they found a recall service notice and that it worked add to my wait time. My loyalty is because of the combination of knowledgeable sales staff—especially Michael Cerva—and the super organized and solicitous service team. For years, the Service Department has kept me coming back to Lou Fusz because of the way they take care of my car—and me! I'm really happy to have the opportunity to book my appointments online and to select my preferred staff (so hard to choose, but Nicci Pollard is my current fave!) for the check-in/check-out and keeping-me-informed process. I don't know what dealership statistics are, but in my opinion, the Service Department must be what keeps buyers coming back. Treating me as if they care about my car as much as I do is super important. And...it seems as if a little birdie lets Michael Cerva know when I'm in for service so that he can chat with me about my next Kia—always nice to see him and talk about the new cars. I wonder if dealerships really understand the culture and climate that they create, but the LF Kia has always seemed a cut above the rest—I hope they keep this team functioning like this. It makes a difference to me since I'm spending a large percentage of my annual spending on my car(s) and its upkeep. I can understand why people walk away from other dealerships when they feel ignored or undervalued, but I have never had that at Lou Fusz Kia. Keep up the good work! More
