The facility itself is clean with friendly staff (Nicci and Crystal are my particular favs). I always opt to wait for my car, they make it easy with a large waiting area with options to sit at tables or comfy chairs, plenty of outlets, TV, WiFi, and a range of drinks. They always vacuum my car for me after the service. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They take all of the anxiety out of having to get your car serviced. More

Lou Fusz Kia Creve Coeur Issues I had a new battery installed last week and although it's ok, there are unanswered questions about it. Also, there is a previous outstanding warranty I had a new battery installed last week and although it's ok, there are unanswered questions about it. Also, there is a previous outstanding warranty issue which has been a long term problem. About the battery, there is a paper wrapper that was left on it. I've asked about this and could not get a straight answer. It can't provide any real heat protection because it's so thin. Also I wonder if it couldn't be a fire hazard being so close to hot engine parts. And it will get wet and soggy when water splashes up in there. So what's going on with that? Also there had been a plastic insulating cover on the negative terminal that has disappeared. The on going warranty issue is about the engine temperature regulation which acts very strangely. This problem has been well documented I've been asking Lou Fusz Kia to check into this for years on many visits but could never get any satisfactory resolution to it. I've dealt with Sam Day on this a number of times. Also other service reps. More

Not up to usual expectations We needed a taillight replacement in our 2013 Sorrento. I called twice and was told it was a quick fix and we did not need (could not make) an appoint We needed a taillight replacement in our 2013 Sorrento. I called twice and was told it was a quick fix and we did not need (could not make) an appointment) even though we preferred to drop off the car. We also had a key fob problem that we’d hoped was the battery. Upon arriving, my husband was sent to the waiting room. After 20 minutes, someone came out and asked if he knew his tail light needed replacing. Meanwhile, the key fob was not the battery, and we were told that it was $140 to even try to find out what was wrong. It seems ridiculous that for a six year old car, the key fob is unusable, that expensive to test, and over $400 to replace. The whole visit took over an hour; on the phone I had been told it would take 15-20 minutes and even called right before to confirm. We have always had good experiences at Lou Fusz Kia (in fact, we switched from Butler Kia to you because they lost our other key fob and then denied responsibility), so we were disappointed in this particular experience. -Debbie Banashek-Twist More
