Bad experience with software upgrade When I made the appointment, Shawn told me it would take 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 1 hour. The upgrade actually took 1.5 ho When I made the appointment, Shawn told me it would take 45 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 1 hour. The upgrade actually took 1.5 hours. Note that I arrived at the scheduled appointment time. After the upgrade, Android auto would not function properly and my trip odometers were set to zero. The tech took the mute off my radio and left it on. My expectation is that the actual time should be close to the initial estimate and that my vehicle be left in the same state (absent the need for repair and the wash) as when I brought it in. More
