took longer than told, mediocre work I have always used Lou Fusz Mazda for service - this was my first experience with their Collision Center. I was less than impressed. They told me three days, I let them have the car for six days, and still had to wait a seventh day for it. Blah blah blah. The work was fine, but I had asked them to look at two more issues - well, that had to be done at the dealership. Then I realized the dealership had NEVER sent me a text or email for reminders for standard maintenance issues on my new CX5. Nothing. I had to then call them, oh sorry, we don't have any of your information. (of course they do - I bought the car from them and they have my email, cell phone, work phone, address, everything about me.
