Winterizing my car is always ideal. Mazda is a great shop. The workers are friendly and all my questions was responded too. I went in for an oil change and forgot about the belt that nee Mazda is a great shop. The workers are friendly and all my questions was responded too. I went in for an oil change and forgot about the belt that needed to be replaced. Then I was told about my tires bolding and the metal holders around my battery that needed replacing. It came up to a bit if money and I waited from 8:30 to 11:43 AM but I must admit my car does drive so much more smoothly than before. So thanks Mazda. Plus I called Dobbs and they wanted to charge me a lot more for tires. Traci More

Pleasant and welcoming as always I've only been to this Mazda dealership a handful of times but I am always treated fairly and the advisors make sure I am well taken care of. Outstanding Customer Service I went to Lou Fuze for an oil change after another Mazda Dealership stopped taking my pre-paid service vouchers, and the dealership I purchased the ca I went to Lou Fuze for an oil change after another Mazda Dealership stopped taking my pre-paid service vouchers, and the dealership I purchased the car from not having the parts to honor an appointment that was made. I believe it was Joshua who made an exception and got me in without an appointment. (The call center # for Lou Fuze I called said they had an express option for walk-ins, which was a mix-up as this location is appointment only). He was honest about the wait time, which was faster than I would have expected given the situation and helpful all around. Although it is not close to my home, I’ll be returning to Lou Fuze for service because their great customer service makes them an easier option. More
