Lou fusz Network of Service has come a long way, while they still try to up sell on services, the recent experience wasn't too bad. I had to get an update to my sound and stereo system software and found they still try to up sell on services, the recent experience wasn't too bad. I had to get an update to my sound and stereo system software and found out my Nav SD card is corrupt and no longer available...but for $400 I could get AppleCarPlay. Not planning that anytime soon or at all. They have to remove parts of the dash. Rattle, rattle, rattle afterwards, nope. All in all they charged me $180 to update my software and remove my corrupt SD card which is obsolete. More
