The dealership is really nice and everyone that works there is super helpful, friendly and professional. Our salesman Moe Daoud is the best. We have purchased two Mazdas from him and we highly recommend him to our friends & family. The first Mazda was a CX-5 surprise for our daughters 16th birthday. Moe went above and beyond to make it special for her. He had the car cleaned up and on the showroom floor with balloons when she arrived. We always take my daughters Mazda to the service department there and it's always a good experience. We will definitely take the new Mazda CX-30 there as well. It's always a pleasure doing business at Lou Fusz Mazda! More

We dropped our car off for service on 11/14/23 and it was finally fixed on 11/29/23. The passenger window needed the gear replaced. It is an older model CX-7, so it took some time to get the parts. We certai finally fixed on 11/29/23. The passenger window needed the gear replaced. It is an older model CX-7, so it took some time to get the parts. We certainly understand parts issues, but the communication about what was going on with our car was horrible. My husband called repeatedly to get an update and most of the time nobody answered the phone. When someone did answer he was told the individual with that information would get back to him, but they rarely did. He finally had to resort to going to the dealership to get any answers. Even then they repeatedly missed the estimated completion date, but never bothered to reach out to us with an update. We won’t be returning to this dealership for service. More

This dealership was neat and clean from lobby to restroom to parts. Andrew showed me a tire reader that checks tread and alignment. Haven’t seen anything like it.
