Friendly service, a couple hiccups I scheduled my appointment online and ordered tires as well. For some reason, the tire order was logged but did not get ordered and shipped to the loc I scheduled my appointment online and ordered tires as well. For some reason, the tire order was logged but did not get ordered and shipped to the location. However, Chris was great in helping to get that resolved. He was able to locate tires with comparable prices and tire ratings so I did not have to come back another day to do the replacement. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what type of service my vehicle needed and the cost. The waiting area is really terrific. It makes the time pass much more comfortably. My only complaint is that a rattle I was hoping to get fixed did not get fixed (they thought it might be caused by a loose heat shield and told me they tightened some screws. The rattle was still there when I drove home so I’ll have to schedule another appointment. But to be fair, it seems like an odd issue that’s more annoyance than problematic) More
