Great Service!! I have had my 2016 Toyota Highlander serviced at this dealership since also purchasing it here. From day one I have nothing but great things to say ab I have had my 2016 Toyota Highlander serviced at this dealership since also purchasing it here. From day one I have nothing but great things to say about the purchase and service I have received. From the purchase from Shane Roemer to the service I received this last time from Mike Wolz, every time I come it is the same. I always wait for my vehicle and it is done in a timely manner, everything is explained to me and my car is always washed and vacuumed when I get in it! What more could you ask for! I stopped by one day without an appointment because my blue tooth wouldn't connect and the young man, can't remember his name unfortunately, who was checking cars into the service bay, came out and got into my car and fixed it without me having to wait at all. And then took the time to explain and show me some other things that I didn't know. I couldn't ask for better service! More

Great Customer Service I recently had my 2017 Hilander serviced at Lou Fusz Toyota. From scheduling my appointment to getting into my car after service, I've been pleased w I recently had my 2017 Hilander serviced at Lou Fusz Toyota. From scheduling my appointment to getting into my car after service, I've been pleased with great customer service from this dealership. It was extemely cold the morning I brought my vehicle in and yet it was seviced, cleaned(inside) and ready to go in about an hour. Mike Wolz always greats me with a smile and a great service manager. I also appreciate the follow-up email from Mike Hecht after my appointment. Keep up the great customer service. That more than anything brings me back. More

Lexus dealer vs Toyota dealer I came in for an oil change and to get a price for maintenance which a Lexus dealer said needed to be done. I received the usual great service and pri I came in for an oil change and to get a price for maintenance which a Lexus dealer said needed to be done. I received the usual great service and price for the oil change. It turns out not all of the maintenance the Lexus dealer said the car needed was needed. I received a lower estimate for the work that is needed. Lou Fusz Toyota is an honest dealer that only recommends work that is needed at a fair price. I far prefer this store to any of the Lexus dealers in town. More
